Willie Geiger Butler

Mr. Willie Geiger Butler, age 89, passed away at Pruitt Health Nursing Home on Thursday, August 1, 2024. Mr. Butler was born in Bellville, Ga to the late Walter L. Geiger and Gussie Mae Smith Geiger on June 3, 1935.  Mr. Butler was adopted by Otis S. Butler and Fannie Smith Butler.  He served in the Air National Guard and Army National Guard, was employed for many years with a title search company in Savannah and enjoyed watching Nascar, his favorite driver being Richard Petty.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter L. Geiger and Gussie Mae Smith Geiger.

Survivors include several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Inurnment was held at Northside Cemetery.
