Pembroke-Mr. William James Kearse age 36 passed away Monday December 24, 2012. Mr. Kearse lived most of his life in Pembroke and was a member of Southland Baptist Church. He was an EMT with Southside and Pembroke and a 1996 Honor Graduate of Pinewood Christian Academy and a member of the Masonic Lodge. He was an avid fisherman, shade tree mechanic, loved gardening, and enjoyed singing and football.
He is survived by his parents William R. "Billy" and Sally Hodges Kearse, grandmother Barbara Nell Hodges; brother and sister-in-law Jeff Allen and Jessica Kearse all of Pembroke; and one niece Lilly Ann and two nephews Layne and Gavin.
Visitation is 1:00-2:00 P.M. Saturday December 29, 2012 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday December 29, 2012 in the chapel with Reverend Eugene Wiggins officiating.
