Wayne Brantley

Mr. Wayne Lee Brantley, age 70, passed away Monday, March 9, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center.  Mr. Brantley was born in Houston, TX to the late William Morgan Brantley and Doris Virginia Brantley.  He was a long-time resident of Eden and retired after many years of service with Walmart.  Mr. Brantley was a member of Emmanuel Community Church, was a good mechanic, and loved NASCAR.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Brantley was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Janice Brantley; brother, Vester Jackson and nephew, David Morgan.

Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Dorenda Brantley of Valdosta; two nieces, Michelle Clarke of Oliver and Betty Joe Brantley of Pembroke, eight great nephews and one great nieces.

Visitation will be held 2-3 P.M. Saturday, March 14, 2020.  Funeral service will be held 3 P.M. Saturday, March 14, 2020 in the chapel of Flanders Morrison Funeral Home with Rev. Mitch Lynn officiating.  Interment will follow in Lawrence Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emanuel Community Church, 141 Little Creek Road, Pembroke, Georgia 31321.
