Wanda Gayle Adams

Ellabell-  Wanda Gayle Myers Adams, age 73, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023 at Ogeechee Area Hospice.  Mrs. Adams was born in Bulloch County, Georgia to the late R.T. and Maxie Wilson Myers.  Mrs. Gayle was a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church.  She enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing. But most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her sister, Lois Ann Barnett.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Leon Adams of Ellabell; two sons, Keith (Jennie) Adams and Chris (Gina) Adams; granddaughters, Erica Adams, Starla Adams, and Aria Adams; great grandchildren, Madison, Rhett, Caylum, Everleigh, and Reid; two brothers, Junior Myers of Ellabell and Robbie Myers of Ellabell and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 6-8 P.M. Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Thursday. December 21, 2023 in the chapel of Flanders Powell Funeral Home with interment to follow in Bulloch Memorial Gardens.
