Tracy Lynn "Sweetie" Collins

Ms. Tracy Lynn “Sweetie” Collins, age 50 passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born in Savannah on January 26, 1973 to Ertell Collins and Shirley Jean Weathers Collins. Ms. Collins was a member of The Bridge Church and loved music, working with paper, shopping, traveling and had her own brand of artistry.  Tracy had a very kind spirit, was a very loving person and was loved by everyone who knew her.  She was preceded in death by her great niece, Krista Rahn.

Survivors include her parents, Ertell Collins and Shirley Jean Weathers Collins of Pembroke; brother, William “Bill” Collins and his wife Vanassa of Pembroke and sister, Brenda Higginbotham and her husband Wayne of Hinesville; nieces and nephews, Heather Thrift and her husband Rodney of Blackshear, Stephanie Higginbotham of Hinesville and Karen Singer and  her husband, Jason of Bellevue, NE; several great nieces and nephews and her dog and companion, Lilly Collins.

Visitation will be held 11 A.M. until Noon on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at the funeral home.

Funeral service will follow at Noon Wednesday, November 1, 2023 in the chapel of Flanders Powell Funeral Home with Dr. Lawrence Butler officiating and Rev. Jim Sullivan assisting.

Interment will be at Northside Cemetery.
