Teresa Shurling

Teresa Snelgrove Shurling, age 52, passed away at East Georgia Regional Medical Center on Thursday, October 7, 2021. She was born on June 29, 1969 to David Snelgrove and Blanche Snelgrove Roberston in Macon. Mrs. Shurling received her LPN from Central Georgia Tech and was employed as a nurse at Georgia Southern University until 2014 when she was employed at ADRS Services, Inc. as operations manager for 10 years. She attended Brooklet First Baptist Church, enjoyed cooking, baking, hunting but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Snelgrove.

Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Luther “Luke” Clark Shurling; two children, Taylor Todd and her husband Curtis of Claxton and John David Williamson and his wife Morgan of Brooklet; brother, Cale Lewis and his wife Jennifer of Hawkinsville; sister, Melissa Hedden of Hawkinsville; two grandchildren, Tucker Todd and Mason Williamson; two twin granddaughters on the way, Raleigh Williamson and Reagan Williamson; two nieces, Kaleigh Lewis and Kenzie Lewis; two nephews, Daxon Lewis and Kade Lewis and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Brooklet First Baptist Church.

Funeral service will follow with Reverend Bob Crosby officiating.

Burial will be held at Brooklet Cemetery.
