Steven Edenfield

Savannah-  Mr. James Steven Edenfield, age 64, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.  Mr. Edenfield was  born in Dublin, GA to the late H.D. and Dicy Edenfield.  Steve was a long-time resident of Ellabell before moving to Savannah.  He was a member of the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the Carpenters Union Local 256.  Steve loved to fish and was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Edenfield; brother, Mike Edenfield; and two nephews, Eric Edenfield and Josh Alverson.

Survivors include his daughter, Sarah Edenfield of Statesboro; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Kathy and Mark Alverson of Mountain Park, GA and Debra Wyatt of Canton, GA; and two nieces, Brandi and Chloe Edenfield of Brooklet.

A memorial service will be held 10:30 Monday, June 7, 2021 at Northside Cemetery with military honors.
