Ellabell-Mrs. Sarah "Pearl" Leggett Gregory age 91 passed away Friday May 2, 2014 at Hospice House of Savannah. Mrs. Gregory was a longtime resident of Ellabell and a homemaker and a member of Ellabell Methodist Church for over 30 years. She loved to bowl and was involved in three different leagues in Savannah. She was an excellent cook, enjoyed fishing, and keeping her flowers. She was preceded in death by her first husband Woodrow Crosby, Sr. and her second husband Leeland Gregory, and two sons Woodrow Crosby, Jr. and Rodney Crosby.
She is survived by daughter Janet E. Canady of Ellabell, seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, three great- great-grandchildren, and one niece and nephew.
Visitation is 5-8 P.M. Sunday May 4, 2014 at the funeral home. Graveside service will be 11 A.M. Monday May 5, 2014 at Ellabell UMC Cemetery. Flanders Morrison Funeral Home of Pembroke is in charge of arrangements. www.flandersmorrisonfuneralhome.com
