Ronald "Pops" Futch, Sr.

Ronald “Pops” Futch, Sr. age 61 passed away Monday, March 2, 2020 at Augusta University Medical Center.  Mr. Futch was born in Savannah to the late Ralph Wiley Futch and Georgia Collinger Futch on August 12, 1958.  Mr. Futch was self-employed as a master mechanic, loved being outdoors, but most of all, he loved taking care of his family.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Ronald “Bubba” Futch, Jr. and Tiffany Futch of Ellabell; daughter, Lisa Futch of Ellabell; brother Randall Futch of Effingham; two sisters, Teresa Johnson of Statesboro and Linda Cottis of Savannah; and grandchildren, Michael Watford, Taylor Whittington, Sean Davis, Guillermo “Junior” Urieta and Evelyn Lopez.

A private family gathering was held 3 P.M. Monday, March 9, 2020.
