Ellabell
Tim Page 76 of Ellabell Georgia was called home Wednesday June 28th, 2017 after a long illness.
Tim was born in Clyde, GA March 15th, 1941, the son of Vernie Page and Lenie Edenfield Page.
He graduated from Bryan County High School and held many jobs but farming and law enforcement were his passion. He proudly served Bryan County as both deputy sheriff and Sheriff. After his retirement he opened a produce stand where he sold his famous boiled peanuts. Tim enjoyed hunting and fishing, canning, Nascar racing, Braves baseball and gospel music. Tim was a life long member of Ellabell United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers Roy, Troy, Hughlynn, Leaman, Ricky one sister Nell Atkins, and his first wife Rita Cribbs Page. He is survived by his wife of 34 years Marilyn Cannady Page, children Wesley Page (Trina), Pembroke, GA, Libby Todd (William), Ellabell, GA, Jim Gibson (Maria), Canton, GA and Gary Gibson (Stephanie), Lexington, KY, 11 grandchildren, Robbie, William, Camille, Jordan, Blayre, Rebecca, Natalee, Zachary, Taylor, Kaitlyn and Gary, II. He is also survived by brothers Truman (Vivinea-deceased), Evan (Nancy), sister Brenda (Robert) Whitehead, sisters in law Carol, Marion, Valerie and Beverly and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday , July 2nd at Flanders Morrison Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Service will be held at Flanders Morrison Chapel on Monday, July 3rd at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Ellabell United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be his beloved Blondean S. Newman Sunday school class.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ellabell United Methodist Church building fund.
