Infant Parker Adalynn “Turtle” Lane passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016. Parker is the infant daughter of Kevin Matthew Lane and Rachael Lynn Parker Lane. By the ones that knew her, Parker was characterized as both a miracle and “tiny, but mighty”. She touched many lives during her short four months with us. Parker was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Howard Lane.
In addition to her parents, Parker is survived by her brother, Levi Lane; her sister, Lexi Lane; grandparents, Lynn “Papa” and Betty “Nana” Parker and Wanda Rowe “Nanny Ma” Lane; great grandparents B.O. “Big Papa” Parker and Dejaun Rowe; her great great grandmother, Edna Love and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at First Baptist Church, Pembroke.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, November, 23, 2016 at First Baptist Church, Pembroke with Rev. Dan Bryant and Dr. Lawrence Butler officiating.
Interment will follow in Ellabell Methodist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the CURE Foundation.
Flanders Morrison Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
