Pembroke-Mr. Larry Roy Rogers age 62 passed away Wednesday June 5, 2013 at home. Mr. Rogers was a self employed mechanic who had lived in Pembroke for 24 years. He loved racing, football, fixing cars, music, and his family. He is predeceased by his parents Woodrow and Rose Blair Rogers.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years Ida Mae Bragg Rogers, two sons Larry Roy Rogers Jr., and Shawn Allen Rogers both of Pembroke; brother Jerry Rogers, sister Cathy Brown of Guyton, three grandchildren Joseph, Shawn, and Savannah, and a number of nieces and nephews including Johnny Vincent, Danny Vincent, David Boatright, and Theresa Boatright.
