Mr. James Fountain

Pembroke- James Randall "Randy" Fountain, age 61 of Pembroke died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013. Mr. Fountain was a life-long resident of Pembroke and retired as a welder and iron worker with Omega Steel. Mr. Randy enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing softball. He played guitar, sang, loved bluegrass music and was a member of First Baptist Church of Pembroke.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Joyce D. Fountain of Pembroke; parents J.M. and Lorraine R. Fountain of Pembroke; son Kevin Fountain of Pembroke; daughter Kimberly Fountain of Pembroke; stepchildren Mitchell Marsh and Terri Rainey both of Metter; brothers and sister-in-law David and Gail Fountain and Brian Fountain; sisters and brother-in-law Lynn and Chris Ryan and Angie Fountain, all of Pembroke; grandchildren Makayla Lee and Kelan Lee; six step grandchildren; seven step great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 5-9 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 2 P.M. Wednesday in the chapel of Flanders Morrison Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Creech officiating. Interment will follow in Northside Cemetery. Flandersmorrisonfuneralhome.com
