Rincon-Edward Lovett Coursey, 74 of Sylvania, Georgia went to be with the Lord on Tuesday March 19, 2013 surrounded in love by his wife, children, and grandchildren. He was born June 17, 1938 and was raised by his late mother Elizabeth Potter Watkins and step-father Grant Watkins. He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran who proudly served his country. He was a salesman most of his working years having sold insurance, and had been employed by Mid South Mobile Home Sales. He expressed his love through music and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He also loved building and flying model airplanes and watching western movies. He lived life to the fullest and was a proud member of AA, who taught him to live one day at a time. He was preceeded in death by his step-father and mother Grant and Elizabeth Potter Watkins, sister Georgia Coursey North, and brothers William, James, and Grant Coursey.

He is survived by his wife Sarah Sims Coursey of Ellabell, children George Adams of Brooklet, Kathryn Dixon (Michael) of Rincon, Michael Coursey (Fran) of Ellabell, and Sharon Eichelberger (Kevin) of Savannah; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation is 6-8 P.M. Thursday March 21, 2013 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 11 A.M. Friday March 22, 2013 in the chapel with Pastor Stan Tyson officiating. Interment will follow at Lower Black Creek Cemetery in Ellabell. Flanders Morrison Funeral Home of Pembroke is in charge of arrangements. wwwflandersmorrisonfuneralhome.com
