Mr. Miklos “Micky” Roman, 69, passed away at his residence on Saturday, April 27, 2019. Mr. Roman was born on August 2, 1949 in Hungary. He served in the Hungarian Air Force as a MiG pilot and later moved to and became a United States Citizen. Mr. Roman was a member of Abundant Life Church, was a retired dump truck driver, enjoyed drawing, model planes and loved to cook.
Survivors include his fiancé, Darlene Claire Clark of Rincon; step daughter, Dori Jones of Brooklet; a brother and sister of Hungary; granddaughter, Cassaundra Wolfe of Savannah; two great grandsons, Garrett Jones and Carter Shores; two step-children, Joseph Clark (Miranda) of Guyton and Diane Crutchfield of Ellabell and six step-grandchildren, Laycee Clark, Dalton Clark, Justin Clark, Jacob Clark all of Guyton, Desaray Crutchfield and Mark Crutchfield both of Ellabell.
Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Flanders Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Royce Henry officiating.
