Mr. Michael Joseph Minor Sarber, III, 15, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2016 at Memorial Hospital. Mr. Sarber was born in Eastman, GA on November 29, 2000. He attended the First Baptist Church of Pembroke where he was a former member of the Royal Ambassadors, Judgment House and the Youth Ministry and he was in the 9th grade at Bryan County High School where he was a member of the JORTC. Mr. Sarber also enjoyed skateboarding, basketball, music and loved working on go-carts and lawnmowers.

Survivors include his mom, Carrie Moore and her fiancé Antoine Bennett of Pembroke; father, Michael Joseph “Joey” Sarber, II and his fiancé Frances Baird; two brothers, Chanler Moore and Andrew Royal; two sisters, Jayla Bennett and Tamrin Royal; grandparents, Michael Joseph Sarber, Sr. and Diane Sarber of Augusta, Sherryll Herndon of Warner Robins, Patricia Moore of Pembroke and Shirley and Harris Bennett of Pembroke; great-grandparents, Walt and Anita Young of Thomson, GA and Dick and Joann Sarber of Interlochen, MI; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 5 – 9 p.m. at Flanders Morrison Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Pembroke with Doctor Brad Butler officiating.

Burial will follow at Northside Cemetery.
