Mrs. Mary Gale Welch Huggins, 62, passed away Monday, December 19, 2016 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Huggins was born on January 23, 1954 in Brunswick, GA to William Henry and Ida Mae Chapman Welch. She was employed as a cashier and stocker at Discount Foods in Brooklet, had a love for animals, always enjoyed a good Pepsi and was an avid Elvis fan.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Henry Welch.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Terry Huggins, daughters, Tina Jaquess and her husband Pete of Ellabell, Terri Turner of Ellabell and Tonya Scott and her husband Randy of Stilson; mother, Ida Mae Welch of Savannah; twin sister, Dale Loduca and her husband Rich of Pittsburgh; sisters, Margaret Clark of Savannah; 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 5 -8 p.m. at Flanders Morrison Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be private.
