Laurence Harry Coe

Ellabell-  Mr. Laurence Harry Coe, age 77 passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024.  Mr. Coe was born in Indianapolis, IN to the late Howard Jennings Coe and Margaret Stumph Coe.  He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in the Vietnam War.  Mr. Coe was an owner of a trucking company and was an elder in the Deltona Church of Christ and Beville Road Church of Christ.  Mr. Coe enjoyed keeping his yard neat and enjoyed watching classic movies.   In addition to his parents, Mr. Coe was preceded in death by his wife, Lynnda Waerner Coe; three sisters, Delores Jean Cowger, Lillian Bernice Ladd and Margaret Kathryn Scott and four brothers, Howard Eugene Coe, John Lewis Coe, Thomas Lee Coe and Robert Emerson Coe.  

Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Kellie Coe of Ellabell and Barry and Sharon Coe of Mt. Dora, FL and three grandchildren, Melody Coe, Memphis Coe and Samantha Coe.  

A graveside service will be held 1:30 Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.  The United States Marine Corps will provide military honors.  A memorial service will follow Tuesday, February 27, 2024 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm at Beville Road Church of Christ, 850 Beville Road, Daytona Beach, FL 32214.
