Mr. Kenneth Laurie Kendrick, Sr., 67, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Mr. Kendrick, Sr. was born in Marietta to the late Cecil Collin and Edna Doris Haines Kendrick on December 27, 1949. He was a member of The Bridge Church in Pembroke, was a truck driver for 5 years and was the owner and operator of Bulloch Acoustical Services. Mr. Kendrick, Sr. enjoyed fishing, hunting, cabinetry work and spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Ellen Hendley Kendrick.
Survivors include three sons, Kenneth Laurie “Kenny” Kendrick, Jr. of Savannah, Joseph Matthew “Matt” Kendrick of Statesboro and Michael David Kendrick of Savannah; brother, Craig Tirrell and his wife Nancey of Hinesville; sister, Patricia Perkins and her husband Ronnie of Ludowici and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 2, 2017 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Flanders Morrison Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be held on Tuesday at Hillcrest Abbey West at 10:30 a.m. with Doctor Lawrence Butler officiating.
