Kelly Marie Posa

Kelly Marie Posa, age 37, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah, GA. Ms. Posa was born in Stony Brook, NY to William Thomas Posa and Donna Marie (Bigus) Posa. Kelly loved working at the Donut Shop in Bloomingdale, where she made fast friends with all her coworkers and patrons. Kelly loved anything pink and anything that sparkled. She was an excellent cook, loved helping people, and had great compassion for both people and animals. Kelly was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Lillian Bigus and Marilyn and Joseph Posa, along with uncles, Douglas Thomas Posa and Joseph Bigus.

In addition to her parents, Kelly is survived by her two children, Alexander and Madison Brown of Florida; sisters and brothers-in-law, Krisha and Louis LaRocca of Guyton GA, Gabrielle Posa of PA and her daughter Giavanna, Jennifer and Adam Karas of Pooler GA, and Lily Curtis. Kelly also had many aunts, uncles, and cousins across the country.

A memorial service will be held 2 P.M. Saturday, December 2, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Blitchton with Pastor Alfred Banks officiating.
