Ellabell-Mrs. Jeannette Cribbs Wilson, age 83, passed away Sunday December 28, 2014 at Memorial University Medical Center. Mrs. Wilson was a lifelong resident of Ellabell and a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church. She was retired from Great Dane Trailers and was a longtime employee of Pembroke Manufacturing Company. She was an avid seamstress, loved making Christmas stockings, and taking care of her yard. She was preceded in death by her husband Ellie George Wilson, Jr., and a grandson Tyrone Wilson..
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Charles Tyrone and Elizabeth Wilson of Jacksonville, FL., three daughters and sons–in-laws Sandra and Walton White of Guyton, Roxie and Jimmy Herring of Ellabell, and Rosie and Mike Saxon of Stilson; a brother Billy Jack Cribbs of MS., eleven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and several, nieces and nephews.
Visitation is 11 A.M.—12 P.M Wednesday December 31, 2014 at Olive Branch Baptist Church Funeral service will be at 12 P.M. in the sanctuary of the church with Reverend Clint Sullens officiating. Interment will follow in Lower Black Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Olive Branch Baptist Church Building Fund: 179 Butler Dr., Ellabell, GA. 31308.
