Mrs. Jeanine Davis, 41, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020. Mrs. Davis was born on May 15, 1978 to the late Joseph and Diane Davidson Pesce in Washington, NJ. Mrs. Davis graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology from the University of Florida and with a degree in Nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University of Savannah. She worked as a Registered Nurse and a Kidney Transplant Coordinator with the Medical College of Georgia for many years and was a Registered Nurse for a total of 11 years. She was a member of the National German Wirehaired Pointer Rescue, enjoyed spending time with her dogs, Remi, Raven and Eli Mae and was amazing at sailing where she enjoyed being on the water and always said it was her peaceful place.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Pesce and brother-in-law, Bill Blake.
Survivors include her husband, to whom she was married to for 13 years but had been together for 17 years, husband Christopher James Davis; three brothers, Joseph Pesce (Maria) of Lewes, DE, David Pesce of Stewartsville, NJ, William Pesce (Jessica) of Harrisburg, NC; sister, Christine Blake of Black Creek and her late husband Bill who raised Jeanine after parents died at an early age; father and mother-in-law, Dan and Barbara Davis of Loganville, GA; brother-in-law, Brad Davis of Kernersville, NC; three nieces, Jordan Apolito (Antonia) of Arlington, VA, Hannah Schroeder (Brandon) of Eden, NC and Christina Davis of Eden, NC; five nephews, Maximillian Pesce and Lincoln Pesce of Harrisburg, NC, Levi Davis of NC, Josiah Davis of Greensboro, NC and Gabriel Davis of Stoneville, NC and her oldest and best friend, Wendy Gerlich Sibley of NJ.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
