Heathe Geddis Tillman

Mr. Heathe Geddis Tillman, 51, passed away at his residence after a long battle with cancer on Friday, January 24, 2025. Mr. Tillman was born in Savannah to Rodney Thomas and Tambre Hodges Herndon on March 21, 1973. At the age of 12, he spent his time traveling playing Christian music; first with the Servant’s Heart, then with New Beginnings and lastly with his mother, Tambre Herndon. He was self-employed for many years and enjoyed fishing, shrimping, metal fabrication, working on heavy equipment and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. 

He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Michelle Tillman; six children, Michael Cobb (Sarah) of Savannah, Kali Tillman (Christian) of Hinesville, Tanner Tillman (Haley) of Brooklet, Garrett Tillman of Pembroke, IV Blissett of Pembroke and Chase Tillman of Pembroke; his mother, Tambre Herndon (William), and father Rodney Thomas; four siblings, Norman Tillman (Ashley) of Savannah, Mike Tillman (Stephanie) of Savannah, Heather Lee (Mike) of Rincon and Falyn Waters (Tim) of Atlanta; four grandchildren, Ava, Sophia, Dorothy and Miles and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will received friends on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Centerpoint Community Church, located at 2160 GA 21 S, Springfield, Georgia 31329.

Memorial service will follow at 5:00 p.m. with Kerry Smith officiating.
