Grayson Jax Sloan-Minis, passed away on May 23, 2016 at the age of 2 months and 22 days old. Jax was born in Savannah on March 1, 2016 to Charles Minis, Jr. and Courtney Sloan.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Caylynn Elisabeth Minis and three grandparents, Lisa Ann Sloan, Chuck Minis and Randy Glen Sloan.
He is survived by his parents, Charles Minis, Jr. and Courtney Sloan; two brothers, Colby Minis and Tristan Minis; grandparent, Tammy Minis; aunts and uncles, Nikki Sloan, Brittany Sloan, Ginny Walden, Adam Farrer, Becky Dixon and Scott Thompson.
The visitation was held on Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 11 -2 p.m. at Flanders Morrison Funeral Home.
The funeral service was held on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 1 p.m. in the Flanders Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Kenny Harrelson officiating.
Burial followed at Newton Cemetery.
