Gena Dickerson

Pembroke-   Gena Montez Pollard Dickerson, age 92 passed away March 16, 2021 at Thunderbolt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  Mrs. Dickerson was born November 13, 1928 in Statesboro, GA to the late Clarence Richard Pollard and Ruby Howard Pollard Lancaster.  Mrs. Dickerson was homemaker and a member of the Methodist Faith.  She loved working in her yards and had a wonderful sense of humor.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dickerson was preceded in death by her husband, Felix O. Dickerson and four sons, Jerry Shuman, Kenny Shuman, Johnny Shuman, and Michael Shuman

Survivors include grandchildren, Lisa Shuman of Elizabethton, TN, Craig Shuman of Pembroke, Brian Shuman of Rincon, Krystal Ragon of Mims, FL, and Rusty Shuman of Brooklet; one sister, Margie Munn of West Palm Beach and great grandchildren, Britany Blackburn of Pembroke, Jerry Shuman of Black Creek, Sierra Shuman of Brooklet, Cody Shuman of Brooklet, Luke Shuman of Rincon and Dalton Shuman of Rincon.

A private memorial service will be held for the family.
