Mrs. Debra Ann Jarrell, 56, passed away at her residence on Monday, May 29, 2017. Mrs. Jarrell was born in Savannah on March 3, 1961 to the late Charles and Anna Bell Nebb. She was a graduate of Effingham County High School, was employed as a safety clerk for 10 years with Glenn Lee Trucking, Inc. and was a member of Powers Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 17 years, Jerry H. Jarrell, Sr.; son, Jerry Jarrell, Jr.; brother, Charles Nebb, Jr. and sister, Pamela Moore.
Survivors include her son, Tony Walsh and his wife Crystal; five daughters, Destiny Fountain and her husband Gerald, April Rushing and her husband Mickey, Emily Silva, Jessica Nettles and Lisa Baxter and her husband Brett; two sisters, Rhonda Scott and Sarah Crawford and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held on June 1, 2017 at 5 p.m. at the daughter’s residence.
