Dannis Pearl Conley

Mrs. Dannis Pearl Howard Conley, age 85, passed away at her residence on Friday, October 6, 2023. Mrs. Conley was born in Ludowici on September 1, 1938 to the late Dalton Howard and Carrie Bell Price Howard. She was a loving and caring homemaker and was a member of The Bridge Church. Mrs. Conley enjoyed reading, cooking, crocheting, embroidering, sewing and was an avid flower gardener.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Vinson David Conley; five brothers, Melvin Howard, James Howard, Talmadge Howard, Lewis Howard and Billy Howard; four sisters, Iona Teston, Nannielou McLamb, Noralee Wells and Maebell Gordon and grandson, Lance Toole.

Survivors include her two sons, David Conley and his wife Darlene of Pembroke and Gene Conley of Pembroke; two daughters, Sarah Toole and her husband David of Pembroke and Brenda Tyson of Pembroke; four grandchildren, Tanya Faith Conley, Brent Conley and his wife Janey; Mandy Toole and Haley Toole; special grandchild, Trey Cowart and five great grandchildren, Brett, Jada, Ava, Chase and Eli and special friend, Vivian Myers.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. at The Bridge Church.

Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Doctor Lawrence Butler officiating.

Burial will follow at Northside Cemetery.
