Brother Jeffry Allen "Jeff" Spencer

Brother Jeffry Allen “Jeff” Spencer, age 48, graduated to Glory on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Augusta University Medical Center. Brother Spencer was born on March 26, 1973 to Douglas Leroy and Deborah Darlene Row Spencer in Fredonia, KS. He was a 1991 graduate at Fredonia High School, received his Aviation A&P at Spartan School of Aeronautics and then served his country in the U. S Army in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, the Night Stalkers. Brother Spencer also received an associate degree in Theology at Slidell Baptist and a bachelor degree in Occupational Safety and Health at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He enjoyed farming, scrap booking, building, fishing and loved to cook. Brother Spencer was also musically talented and was a jack of all trades. He was a devoted father, husband, son and loved his Lord and Savior and his church family of Northside Baptist where he served for over 14 years as Pastor..

He is preceded in death by his son, Austin Spencer and brother, Joseph Spencer; grandparents, Donald and Esther Spencer and Norman and Darlene Row.

Survivors include his loving wife of 28 years, Sarah Spencer; three children, Brother Jonnathon Spencer of Brooklet, Jacob Spencer and Jeremiah Spencer both of Pembroke; parents, Douglas Leroy and Deborah Darlene Row Spencer of Fredonia, KS and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. at Flanders Powell Funeral Home.

Funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Flanders Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jonnathon Spencer officiating.

Burial will follow at Immanuel Baptist Church Cemetery with military honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northside Baptist Church Missions Fund, 458 W.E. Smith Road, Pembroke, GA 31321.
