Black Creek- Brandon Marty Curl, age 22 passed away Friday evening, April 17, 2015 from injuries sustained in an auto accident. Brandon was a life-long resident of Black Creek and worked as a mechanic for Gulfstream Aerospace. He was an avid fisherman and loved to hunt, especially duck. Brandon loved golf and was a member at Black Creek Golf Club. He was of the Baptist Faith and was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Miriam and Burt A. Ussery.
Survivors include his parents, Regina and Marty Curl of Black Creek; his son and her mother, Mason Marty Curl and Elizabeth ”Lizzy” Lightle, both of Savannah; brother and sister-in-law Stephen and Toni Curl of Black Creek; paternal grandparents, James and Carolyn Curl of Black Creek; aunts and uncles, Paulette and Ricky Perryman, Shelby and Bill Stewart, Sandra and Bobby Hurn; nieces and nephews, Peyton Curl, Paislee Curl, Hunter Warnell and Austin Warnell; and cousins, Allen Stewart, Pamela Gunter, Patricia Burnette, and Hayden Perryman.
Visitation will be held 6-9 P.M. Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 11 A.M. Wednesday, April 22, 2015 in the chapel of Flanders Morrison Funeral Home with interment to follow in Lower Black Creek Cemetery.
