Billy Trey Bashlor, age 49 passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 after an extended illness.  Trey was born in Savannah on January 24, 1969 to the late Billy Gene Bashlor and Charlotte Dagmar Winter.  He was a tree surgeon with over 29 years of service and was an avid fisherman.  In addition to his parents, Trey was preceded in death by his grandparents, Travis and Lavone Bashlor and Joe E. Winter, Sr. and Eloise Murphy Winter and step grandmother, Joy Carter Winter.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Charlie Elise and Randy Cooper; brother, Gene Bashlor; stepmother, Judy Bashlor; granddaughter, Wesley Annelisa Cooper and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held 4 P.M. Friday, September 7, 2018 at the funeral home.  A memorial service will be held 5 P.M. Friday, September 7, 2018 in the chapel of Flanders Morrison Funeral Home with Dr. Bob Hughes officiating.
