Mr. Ashley Hinson Shuman, 62, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. Mr. Shuman was born in Savannah on March 12, 1957 to the late Franklin Shuman and Rossie Shuman Adams. Mr. Shuman was of the Baptist faith and was a longtime resident of Pembroke which is where he grew up. He owned and operated Krazy K’s T’s and Trophy’s for 26 years in Faulkville where he also raised his family with their mother, Kaye Shuman and later worked as a salesman at AutoZone for six years. During his career he built a lot of great and long-lasting friendships. He enjoyed fishing, anything dealing with racing, camping but most of all, he loved his children and grandchildren endlessly.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Franklin Shuman and Rossie Shuman Adams.
He is survived by one son, Kris Shuman of Rincon; daughter Kasey Wilson and her husband Kendall of Rincon; sister, Maxine Todd of Bluffton, SC; three grandchildren, Kolbi Wilson, Karter Wilson and Kashton Wilson; special family, Denny and Jimmy Bachman of Savannah and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24, 2020 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Flanders Morrison Funeral Home.
Funeral service will follow in the Flanders Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Albert Hill officiating.
Burial will follow at Northside Cemetery.
