Mr. Albert Murl Canada, II., age 78, passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. Mr. Canada was born on April 11, 1943 to the late Albert Murl Canada, I. and Doris Parker Canada in Winchester, IN. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and later became a truck driver with 40 years of service with Keen Transport, Inc. Mr. Canada was a member of Fleming Baptist Church and enjoyed watching racing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 24 years, Joann Miller Smith Canada; sister, Betty Jo Napier; grandson, Thomas Canada and granddaughter, Jocelyn Canada.

Survivors include three sons, Tracy Canada (Dawn) of Greenville, OH, Dwight M. Miller, II. (Cindy) of Richmond Hill and Mark S. Miller of Midway; four daughters, Pam Miller (Rick) of Grayson, GA, Susan Canada of Union City, IN, April Mosier of Sims, NC and Lougena Hodges (Dustin) of Piqua, OH; three sisters, Janet Sanders (Joe) of NC, Donna Butler of TX and Debbie Reel of Union City, IN; 15 grandchildren, Brittany, Joseph, Matthew, Kelsi, Kayla, Maverick, Sarah, Sasha, Tyler, Tani, Zane, Gracie, Miranda, Kendall and Evan; several great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside memorial service will take place on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Ash Branch Old Line Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
